These terms are an agreement between you and Adir that applies when you create an account or use the service. Using Adir means you accept them.
1 · The service
Adir is subscription software for running a business: a point of sale, inventory, invoicing, customer records, staff management, shift reconciliation, and reporting. It runs in the browser on tablets, PCs, and phones.
2 · Accounts and staff
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and staff PINs confidential, and for what is done through your store's accounts. Staff accounts you create are covered by these terms, and you are responsible for the permissions you grant them. Provide accurate information when registering.
3 · Trial and pricing
- Every new store starts with a 3-month free trial. No payment details are required to start.
- After the trial: 15 JOD per month, or 180 JOD per year. Both plans include all features.
- Hardware bundle: 230 JOD for the first year, including a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 and an Xprinter thermal receipt printer, then 180 JOD per year. The hardware is yours to keep; manufacturer warranties apply to it.
- Annual subscribers keep their renewal price for as long as their subscription stays active. If prices change otherwise, we'll give notice before your next renewal.
4 · Payment and suspension
Subscriptions are billed per store for the chosen period. If a subscription expires and is not renewed, the store's access may be suspended until payment is settled — the store's data is not deleted by suspension. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, and fees already paid are not refunded.
5 · Your data
The business records you enter into Adir belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your reports from within the app while your account is active.
6 · Acceptable use
- Use Adir only for lawful business activity.
- Don't attempt to breach, overload, or probe the service's security, or access another store's data.
- Don't resell, sublicense, or copy the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7 · Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Adir fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" — we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own records where the law requires it; Adir is a tool, not a substitute for your legal bookkeeping obligations.
8 · Liability
To the extent the law allows, Adir's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
9 · Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service evolves; we'll update the date above and announce meaningful changes inside the app. Continuing to use Adir after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
